One on one sessions are ninety minutes long. This includes set up, our conversation, personalized work, sound bath and pack up.

A yin yoga and sound bath experience held publicly at various venues in the midcoast area.
Each public class is $20 per person for a single pass and $15 per person if you bring a friend.
Yoga blocks provided.
